Shipping Time & Methods

We are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience for all customers.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that we ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If you have registered an account with us, you may also view shipping details directly in your account.

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by peak seasons, customs clearance, or international logistics conditions.

Before shipment, each ita bag order undergoes multiple quality and packing checks to ensure the product arrives safely. We appreciate your patience during this process.

(Weekends and holidays are excluded.)


Shipping Fees & Delivery Time (United States)

Due to U.S. small-parcel tariff adjustments, international shipping costs have increased.
All listed shipping fees include applicable taxes and duties.

Handling Time:
1–2 working days

Shipping Time:
8–10 working days

Shipping Fee (Calculated by Weight):

  • 0kg – 1kg: $26 – $29

  • 1kg – 2kg: $32 – $35

  • 2kg – 3kg: $39 – $44

  • 3kg – 4kg: $49 – $53

  • 4kg & above: $101

Note: Some ita bags with special structures (hard shells, large windows, metal components) may have higher shipping weights.


Customized & Pre-order Products

Customized or made-to-order ita bags require 7–15 working days for production before shipment.


Tracking Your Order

  1. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

  2. You may use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Refusing a Package

⚠️ Important Notice – Please Do Not Refuse Your Package

If a package is refused upon delivery, the shipping carrier may return or destroy the parcel.
Any additional fees charged by the carrier will still apply.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Such costs are non-refundable

  • Refused packages are not eligible for refunds

Please do not refuse your package under any circumstances.


Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect address information.

Additional Shipping Costs
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Re-shipping fees to the corrected address

Return & Processing Fees
Any handling or processing fees charged by the courier due to address errors are borne by the customer.

Loss or Damage
We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return transit caused by incorrect addresses.

Customer Notification
If delivery fails, we will contact the customer to confirm the correct address.
Re-shipment will proceed only after confirmation and payment of additional fees.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Foreign Transaction Fees

Our store operates primarily in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If your payment currency differs, your bank or card issuer may charge:

  • Exchange rate conversion fees

  • Foreign transaction fees

These charges are determined solely by your financial institution.
We are not responsible for such fees. Please consult your bank for details.


Returns & Exchanges

We support returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
Customized ita bags are non-returnable unless defective.


Customs Duties

We strive to minimize the chance of customs duties. However, customs regulations vary by country.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility

  • Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed

  • Orders refused due to unpaid customs duties are not eligible for refunds or cancellations


Shipping Fee Policy Update (Free Shipping Upgrade)

In some cases, to ensure faster delivery, we may upgrade free standard shipping to expedited shipping at no additional charge.

Upgraded carriers may include: UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Due to high order volume, individual notifications may not be sent. Customers may verify the carrier using their tracking number.

If an order with upgraded shipping is returned for a refund, an expedited shipping fee deduction will apply:

  • Typically $30–$60, depending on package weight

If the order is not returned, no additional charges apply.
